The Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop is a three-day experience designed to help you strengthen your connection, improve communication, and better understand one another. Through guided conversations, videos, group discussion, and private exercises with your partner, you’ll learn practical ways to create greater closeness, trust, and emotional connection.

Early registration saves you $100 per couple and helps ensure your spot before the workshop fills. 

Register through August 31 for $550 per couple. Beginning September 1, registration is $650 per couple.

No. The Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop is a relationship education program, not couples therapy. It is based on the principles of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and is designed to help couples strengthen communication, connection, and their emotional bond.
